Beginning in 1979, Owner George Falaras purchased the Grand Blanc Inn and history was made. Starting out a single unit operator, George transformed the tiny "Inn" in Grand Blanc into a major player in the Flint Restaurant Market. Known for it's famous pizza, cold drinks, and friendly atmosphere, GBI was the place to gather in the 1980's and 1990's.

Today George has transformed his early beginnings into the Blue Collar Gourmet Restaurant Group. Encompassing four decades and serveral eateries, the group currently operates four restaurants and Genesys Conference and Banquet Center, providing the finest in food, drink and entertainment.

The Redwood Lodge Mesquite Grill and Brew Pub
The Redwood Lodge proudly offers upscale dining in a casual atmosphere. Our beautiful lodge themed restaurant features: smoke free dining, award winning beer, mesquite grill, woodfire pizza oven, raw bar, wild game, fine wine cellar, cigar lounge, premium liquors, live music, outdoor dining and much more.

The Big Eazy Grill and Oyster Bar
The newest edition to our restaurant group. The Big Eazy Grill invites you to enjoy fresh seafood uniquely prepared with delicious herbs and spices to create a mouth-watering dining experience for you and your guests. The Big Easy is the only restaurant to offer Oyster Pot Cooking in the state of Michigan. It's truly unique way of perparing food for our guests. After dinner step into the Voo Doo Lounge and experience a fine cigar while sipping on a premium cocktail next to our fire pit as you listen to live entertainment. Come experience the Big Eazy Grill. O'Malley's
The place where everyone knows your name. You'll love it. A traditional pub with a Bit-O-Irish fun, O'Malley's features an Irish-American menu with our world famous pizza tossed in. Try a Guinness on tap, a jumbo margarita or our famous Sangria. Several televisions and two big screens showcase all the games. If it's nice outside, enjoy a great meal under our covered patio.
